DescriptionIndiana Masonic Home Compass Park is looking for Registered Nurses to join our Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation and Memory Care units. Compass Park is a vast 320-acre community in the heart of Johnson County adjacent to Indianapolis. It is a vibrant community through all seasons and a place of beauty, rich in tall trees and winding footpaths. This job is in Franklin, IN.Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities: Knowledgeable of the individualized care plan for residents and provide support to the resident according to the care plan. Contribute to the care planning process by providing the Unit Manager or other care planning staff with specific information and observations of the residentsโ€™ needs and preferences. Lead, direct, and supervise the certified nursing assistants and assure completion of their duties and documentation. Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with the residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors. Report pertinent changes in residents to the MD/NP/PA. Inform Unit Manager of significant changes and/or issues on the unit.Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements: Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university. Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license and CPR certification.
