Position Overview

Outdoor Living Southeast is seeking a high-performing Account Manager to lead and grow our Brunswick market.

This is not an office job. This is a field-first leadership role responsible for managing crews, ensuring property quality, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

You will operate as the on-site leader of the market—owning the performance, quality, and profitability of your location.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems quickly, and leads from the front.


Core ResponsibilitiesField Leadership (40%)
  • Lead crews on-site daily to ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and to company standards
  • Train, coach, and correct team members in real time
  • Enforce accountability around start times, productivity, and quality
  • Address and solve problems immediately in the field
Client & Property Management (40%)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Perform routine property inspections using CompanyCam
  • Ensure all properties consistently meet company quality expectations
  • Proactively resolve issues before they become client concerns
  • Identify and drive enhancement opportunities
Business Development (20%)
  • Generate new business within the Brunswick area
  • Build relationships with property managers and decision-makers
  • Sell enhancements and additional services
  • Support branch revenue and growth goals

Equipment & Inventory Oversight
  • Maintain accountability for all trucks, trailers, and equipment
  • Ensure crews complete daily equipment checks (oil, blades, cleanliness, organization)
  • Keep yard/shop organized and operational
  • Track assets using Asset Tiger
  • Coordinate repairs and prevent downtime (not responsible for performing repairs)
  • Ensure crews are properly stocked and prepared each day

Training Requirement (Non-Negotiable)

All new hires must complete a 2-week training program in Valdosta before taking full responsibility of the Brunswick market.

Training includes:

  • Field operations and production standards
  • Property inspections and quality control
  • Systems training (BOSS LM, CompanyCam, Asset Tiger)
  • Client communication and account management
