The Compactor Operator must be able to perform the listed responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:      

  • Operate and maintain compactors on construction sites
  • Ensure that the compactors are functioning properly
  • Perform routine maintenance on the equipment
  • Ensure that the equipment is operated in a safe and efficient manner
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
  • Communicate with other members of the construction team
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a compactor operator
