Experienced Multifamily Community Manager Wanted

Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead Union at JTown, a beautiful apartment community of 131 apartment homes in the heart of Jeffersontown, Kentucky.

What You'll Do

As Community Manager, you'll oversee all daily operations while leading your team to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the apartment community
  • Supervise, coach, and develop leasing and maintenance team members
  • Drive occupancy through leasing, renewals, resident retention, and outreach marketing
  • Manage budgets, collections, expenses, and overall financial performance
  • Ensure the community is maintained to Brookside's quality standards
  • Build strong relationships with residents and resolve concerns professionally
  • Maintain Fair Housing compliance and company policies
  • Analyze community performance and implement strategies for continued success

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of multifamily property management experience
  • Previous experience as a Community Manager or Property Manager preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with budgeting, leasing, collections, and resident relations
  • Ability to analyze reports and improve property performance
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Entrata experience is a plus
