We're hiring a Manager, Volunteer Services to lead and grow our volunteer programs across WakeMed. In this leadership role, you'll oversee volunteer engagement, community outreach, fundraising events, and a team dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for our patients, families, and volunteers.
What you'll do
  • Lead volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, and scheduling.
  • Manage and develop the Volunteer Services team.
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to create impactful volunteer opportunities.
  • Oversee community outreach, volunteer fundraising events, and donation programs.
  • Support volunteer boards and drive program growth and improvement initiatives.
