As a Social Service Worker, you'll play a key role in supporting client progress through therapeutic behavior management, care coordination, skill development, and ongoing support. This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and help clients achieve lasting growth and recovery.
Pay: Range starts at $24.00/hour ( pay is calculated based on years of licensed working experience)
Schedule : Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Job Summary & Deliverables
  • The Social Service Worker provides therapeutic behavior management, case management, and other services as defined by licensure and ensures excellence in client care, fiscal management, and regulatory compliance.

Essential Functions
  • Provides therapeutic behavior management as prescribed by the program-specific care plan in a residential setting
  • Follows care plan to monitor progress, teach skills, address behavioral concerns, and bill accordingly
  • Assists Therapists or Registered Nurses as needed to develop and review safety/crisis plans and care plans
  • Develops therapeutic relationships with clients
  • Reviews and assesses care plans
  • Coordinates services among internal and external agencies and providers
  • Meets required client care hour expectations and other organizational expectations

Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field

Experience
  • Internship experience as required for SSW license

Licenses/Certifications
  • SSW licensure in state of practice
  • CPR certification (post hire as needed)
