Job description

Location: Cupertino, CA (San Francisco Bay Area) – Onsite

Employment Type: Full-Time

About AlphaX RE Capital

AlphaX RE Capital and its affiliated entities form a women-founded, integrated real estate firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Committed to creating innovative and sustainable housing solutions throughout California, our group manages an extensive and growing portfolio of assets and development projects. We are a leader in addressing the housing crisis by developing sustainable and affordable communities.

Taking a comprehensive approach, we oversee the complete real estate lifecycle from end to end. AlphaX emphasizes diversity, equity, and social impact, with initiatives such as the AlphaX Foundation and Small Builders Association empowering future leaders, women, and minorities in real estate. Our headquarters is located in Cupertino, CA, with additional offices in Southern California and Arizona.

About the Role

The Community Sales is responsible for managing the full sales process for assigned new construction communities—from lead engagement and model home tours to purchase agreement and close of escrow. This role is critical in ensuring a top-tier customer experience, and maintaining clear communication among sales, construction, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all sales efforts for assigned new home communities.
  • Conduct buyer consultations, model home tours, and present floor plans, pricing, and customization options.
  • Drive lead follow-up, appointment setting, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with construction and operations teams on home status updates, timelines, and buyer walkthroughs.
  • Partner with the marketing team to promote community visibility through events, signage, digital marketing, and agent outreach.
  • Maintain accurate buyer files, DRE-compliant documentation, and weekly status reports.
  • Supervise and train Sales Assistants or online support staff.

What We’re Looking For

  • Active California Real Estate Salesperson License (DRE license) is required.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in new home or residential sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong sales, customer service, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, MLS, and construction timeline coordination.
  • Must be available to work weekends and on-site at model homes.

Why Join AlphaX?

  • Shape Our Strategic Growth: AlphaX is in a pivotal phase of expansion. This is a defining opportunity to partner with our leadership to scale the organization, influence our corporate trajectory, and build a lasting industry legacy.
  • Accelerated Professional Advancement: Our entrepreneurial, high-performance environment rewards driven professionals with substantial career progression and unparalleled exposure to the complete real estate lifecycle.
  • Mission-Driven Execution: Collaborate with a deeply passionate, high-caliber team dedicated to executing complex, innovative strategies that actively solve California’s housing challenges.
  • Forward-Thinking Strategy: Operate in a highly dynamic environment. Backed by an expanding portfolio of assets, we move decisively to capitalize on market opportunities and encourage innovative solutions to traditional real estate challenges.

Benefits

AlphaX RE Capital offers a benefits package and a welcoming office culture designed to support our team. Employees are provided with medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with access to a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Additionally, we offer great in-office perks, including complimentary daily lunches, snacks, and coffee, as well as monthly team birthday celebrations to bring everyone together.

The expected salary range for this position is $150,000 to $300,000 per year. The actual salary offer will be determined based on the successful candidate's geographic location, relevant experience, and specific skill sets, in accordance with California laws. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

AlphaX RE Capital and its affiliates are Equal Opportunity Employers. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees in accordance with the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA).
