Summary:

Leads analytical and technical efforts supporting the Army Risk Reduction and Prevention Visualization Dashboard (CRRT) within the Army Vantage platform.

The work to be performed under this contract will be performed in Arlington, VA, occasionally in Washington, DC, telework, or contractor approved facilities by the COR.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead technical and analytical support for the Army Risk Reduction and Prevention Visualization Dashboard (CRRT)
  • Oversee Level 2 helpdesk operations, including ticket resolution and user support
  • Guide team in troubleshooting, account management, and system access approvals
  • Coordinate data integration from authoritative sources into Army Vantage using SFTP or other methods
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and working sessions related to CRRT improvements
  • Analyze dashboard data to support risk reduction and prevention initiatives
  • Provide recommendations for system enhancements and data visualization improvements
  • Develop reports and briefings for leadership on dashboard performance and insights

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Palantir Foundry and Army Vantage platform
  • Understanding of helpdesk operations and ticket management systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in science, technology, or related field (Masterโ€™s preferred)
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with or coding in Palantir Foundry
  • Experience with data visualization, dashboard development, and analytics
  • Must be a US citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting CRRT or similar Army systems
  • Advanced data engineering or data analytics experience
  • Familiarity with Army risk reduction programs
