Redstone Community Relations Representative

Schedule: Full-Time

TheRedstone Community Relations Representative is responsible for seeking out and developing new business opportunities and marketing relationships. They will demonstrate the skills and abilities to manage local and targeted areas to drive business and revenue. This role works with the Operations team and coordinates implementation and policies with the marketing and admissions team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstratea strong desireto help patients, families, and all referents in the transition to treatment

  • Maintains current knowledge of all that Redstoneand FHMChas to offerthecommunity

  • Always displays tact and professionalism when dealing with staff and management team

  • Establishes,maintains, and develops relationships with the entire referralcommunitywithin the entire United States

  • Acts as a liaison between program staff and referents

  • Works cohesively with allFHMC/Redstoneoperations team

  • Conducts presentations to highlight company services offered

  • Submitstimelyexpense reports

  • Creates marketing strategies and assigns tasks to all business development staff

  • Provides facility tours and presentations of various service lines

  • Organizes a list of all referral sources and keeps an up-to-date list of all resources for our patients

  • Provides onsite support directly to patients when needed

  • Collects and analyzes all marketing data including digital to formFHMC/Redstonemarketing strategies

Qualifications

Education:BachelorDegreein fields related tocommunityrelations such as marketing, public relations,communications, etc.

Experience:

Required:

  • Minimum of3 years of experience

  • Knowledge of local regulations, cultural norms, andcommunitydynamics.
