Job description

HOPe is seeking a Volunteer & Donor Relations Associate to coordinate, support, and sustain volunteer and community engagement efforts while providing gift processing and donor relations support to the Advancement team. This role will recruit, onboard, train, and support volunteers; manage volunteer and donor records in Salesforce; process gifts and support acknowledgements and matching gifts; assist with community engagement and advancement events; and support volunteer communications and outreach.

The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-oriented, and passionate about creating meaningful volunteer experiences while advancing HOPe’s mission. Occasional evening and weekend availability is required to support events and community activities.

Experience & Education:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in volunteer management
  • Bachelor's Degree
