Position Summary:


Fidelity Manufacturing is seeking a creative, organized, and hands-on Marketing Specialist to support a wide range of marketing, communications, and company initiatives.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position will play an important role in bringing the Fidelity Manufacturing brand to life through social media, graphic design, photography, video production, internal communications, public relations, corporate events, and other marketing projects.

This position will work closely with the Marketing Manager as well as Human Resources, Sales, Operations, leadership, and other departments to promote Fidelity Manufacturing's brand, culture, employees, products, capabilities, and community involvement. 


Essential Functions:

Social Media & Digital Content

• Manage and maintain Fidelity Manufacturing's social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.

• Maintain the company's social media content calendar and posting cadence through Basecamp.

• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging social media content that supports company marketing objectives and highlights company culture, employees, products, capabilities, accomplishments, events, and community involvement.

• Work throughout the organization to identify interesting stories, projects, milestones, employee accomplishments, and other opportunities for social content.

• Research social media trends and best practices to identify opportunities to improve engagement and visibility.

• Monitor social media activity and engage appropriately with customers, community organizations, business partners, and other relevant audiences.

• Track basic social media performance and engagement metrics to help identify which content resonates with company audiences.


Graphic Design & Creative Support

• Create graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva, and other design tools.

• Create professional graphics and visual materials for internal and external audiences, including flyers, social media graphics, presentations, advertisements, event materials, signage, company announcements, recruiting materials, and employee communications.

• Distribute and display approved marketing and employee-event graphics throughout company facilities as appropriate.

• Ensure all materials maintain a consistent Fidelity Manufacturing brand and professional visual identity.

• Coordinate with outside printers, promotional vendors, agencies, photographers, videographers, and other creative partners as needed.


Photography & Video Production

• Capture photography and video of employees, products, manufacturing operations, installations, packaging, events, community activities, and other company initiatives for internal use, marketing, recruiting, and training purposes. 

• Photograph new hires and employees for identification badges and other company uses.

• Produce short-form video content for social media and other marketing and communications initiatives.

• Organize and maintain the company's digital photography and video library.

• Assist with coordinating professional photography and video production when outside resources are required.

Internal Communications & Employee Engagement

• Create and distribute professional employee-facing communications and visual materials throughout company facilities. 

• Keep internal facility monitors current with approved company information, announcements, employee events, accomplishments, and other communications.

• Help identify and communicate employee stories, accomplishments, anniversaries, milestones, and other opportunities that reinforce Fidelity Manufacturing's company culture.


Corporate Events & Community Relations

• Assist the Marketing Manager, Human Resources and other departments with planning and executing corporate events, trade shows, customer events, employee events, community activities, and company functions.

• Coordinate event logistics including venues, vendors, signage, promotional materials, giveaways, photography, communications, and other event needs.

• Assist with pre-event promotion and post-event communications and content.

• Represent Fidelity Manufacturing professionally at company and community events.

• Help identify opportunities to increase Fidelity Manufacturing's visibility and involvement within the Ocala and surrounding business community.


Public Relations & Corporate Communications

• Identify newsworthy company stories and assist with public relations activities, including company announcements, press releases, awards, milestones, employee accomplishments, and community involvement. 

• Manufacturing, its employees, capabilities, customers, and community involvement.

• Assist with media outreach and coordination as directed by the Marketing Manager.

• Support development of corporate communications for internal and external audiences.

• Maintain a professional and consistent company voice across communications.


General Marketing Support

• Support the Marketing Manager with the execution of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and special projects.

• Assist Sales with presentations, collateral, photography, event materials, and other marketing support as needed.

• Assist with promotional products, branded merchandise, signage, and company materials.

• Conduct basic market, competitor, customer, or industry research as requested.

• Maintain organized marketing files, templates, photography, video, brand assets, and collateral.

• Coordinate assigned marketing projects and vendor deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.

• Collaborate with Human Resources, Sales, Operations, management, and other departments to gather information and execute marketing projects.

• Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.

• Perform other marketing duties and special projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager. 


Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Video Production, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant professional experience will be considered. 

• 2–4 years of experience working in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related role.

• Experience supporting a variety of general marketing projects within a corporate marketing department, agency, or similar environment.

• Working knowledge of major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

• Experience managing or contributing to business social media accounts and content calendars.

• Proficiency with Canva and working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar software. 

• Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or another video editing platform.

• Strong photography and video-production skills with a demonstrated eye for visual design.

• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating video production, graphic design, photography, and/or social media content required.

• Previous experience assisting with the planning and execution of corporate, community, customer, trade show, or employee events.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and project-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments.

• Ability to maintain consistent branding and professional standards across printed and digital materials.

• Experience working in manufacturing, B2B, industrial, construction, energy, or a related industry.

• Experience with additional Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Illustrator, InDesign, or Premiere Pro.

• Experience with public relations, community relations, and employee events.

• Experience working with outside agencies, photographers, videographers, printers, promotional companies, and other marketing vendors.

Physical Requirements

This position operates in both an office environment and a manufacturing facility. The employee will regularly enter production areas to photograph and record company operations, employees, equipment, and products.

The position may also require attendance at company events, trade shows, community events, and other activities that occasionally occur outside normal business hours.

Proper personal protective equipment and compliance with all facility safety requirements are required when working in production areas. 


Working Conditions

The position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout office and manufacturing areas. The employee may be required to carry photography, video, event, or other marketing equipment and may spend extended periods working at a computer or mobile device.
