Senior Program Management.

Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitor, manage, and report on execution of deliverables.

PMO Management.

Communication of status and risks with cross functional stakeholders and Leadership.

Collaborate with business stakeholders for prioritized release scope and requirements.

Coordinate alignment across Business and IT teams throughout delivery life cycle.

Organize scope commits and budget requirements across IT teams.

Drive Change Management strategy and results across the enterprise.

Support Business Operations.
