Job description


OCI Community Relations is growing alongside Oracle's expanding data center portfolio, creating new opportunities to build programs that strengthen relationships with the communities where we operate. We're looking for a Central Program Manager who enjoys bringing clarity to complex work, connecting teams, and turning ambitious ideas into action.
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of high-impact programs that span multiple organizations, helping shape how the Community Relations team plans, prioritizes, and delivers its most important work. You'll oversee reporting, tracking, and execution of strategic initiatives driving alignment across diverse stakeholders while managing multiple concurrent projects.
You will help build the operational foundation of a growing organization. You'll develop practical tools, repeatable processes, and new ways of working that improve execution without adding unnecessary complexity. Your work will enable Community Engagement Managers to focus on building trusted relationships while ensuring the team can scale effectively as Oracle's data center footprint continues to grow.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Organize and oversee high-impact, cross-functional programs from concept through execution, translating organizational priorities into executable plans with clear milestones, ownership, and outcomes.

  • Planning & Execution: Develop and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Build alignment across diverse stakeholders, facilitate decisions, resolve issues, and maintain momentum across partner organizations.

  • Process Improvement: Develop and improve processes, tools, and playbooks that increase team effectiveness and enable the Community Relations organization to scale.

  • Executive Communications: Prepare clear, actionable updates that provide leaders with visibility into program progress, key decisions, risks, and priorities.

  • Strategic Initiatives: Develop and lead high-impact initiatives that strengthen how the Community Relations organization plans, prioritizes, and delivers its work.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Program Management, Operations, Business, Communications, Public Affairs, Community Relations, or a related field.

  • Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution.

  • Excellent program management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, including experience communicating with senior leadership.

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with and influence diverse stakeholders across multiple organizations.

  • Experience developing scalable processes, tools, or operating models that improve team effectiveness.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $114,600 to $234,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
