Schedule: Full Time (Exempt) | 8 AM - 4:30 PM | On-Site | Occasional Weekends/Holidays.

More about our team  
Oversees an 18-bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit with Clinical Liaisons (CL), Case Managers (CM), and the therapy team reporting directly to this position.

How you'll contribute 
Program Director of Rehabilitation who excels in this role:

  • Oversee the operations of the inpatient rehabilitation program including clinical, financial, and administrative performance.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with treatment standards.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, goals, and strategic plans.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and accrediting agencies.
  • Supervise and develop staff; provide ongoing training and support.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Represent the rehab program in internal and external meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for 
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline or healthcare management. Additional requirements include:

*We welcome clinical candidates from the following disciplines: Registered Nurses (RN), Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), and Master of Social Work (MSW) professionals.*

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in rehab leadership or administration.
  • Valid clinical license as applicable by state.
