The Boston Home is seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and innovative professional to lead and grow our B.Fit! Wellness Program, a specialized outpatient community program serving adults living with multiple sclerosis (MS) and other advanced neurological disorders.
The B.Fit! Program Director will champion the growth of our community-focused wellness initiatives. In this role, you will:
  • Design Innovative Programming: Create meaningful opportunities for social connection, education, and recreation.
  • Empower Participants: Build a supportive environment that promotes long-term health, independence, and quality of life.
  • Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Connect and collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, families, and volunteers.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years full time experience in therapeutic recreation, adult activity program, Social Services or rehabilitation services.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be comfortable with public speaking and with leading group discussions in-person and using virtual platform.
  • Ability to be flexible and innovative based on program and participant needs.

We offer free parking on a gated campus and are conveniently located near Routes 93, 203, and 28, as well as public transportation (walking distance from Ashmont T Station).
