Join Our Leadership Support Team!

St. Andre Health Care is seeking a organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Biddeford, ME. In this vital role, you will work closely with the President and our Leadership Team to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations and support the growth of our community programs.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the President and facility Leadership Team.

  • Assist with the coordination, planning, and execution of special projects and program development initiatives.

  • Manage, coordinate, and schedule administrative workflows to guarantee routine and ongoing responsibilities are met efficiently.

What We're Looking For:
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

  • Prior experience in administrative support or office management (healthcare setting a plus).
