Job description

The Departmentof Family and Community Medicine seeks a full-time faculty member for thePhysician Assistant (PA) Program.  Thisposition would include instructional duties (course design, development,teaching, evaluation, and planning), course coordination, test-writing andgrading and clinical responsibilities.  PAProgram faculty are involved in all aspects of a student's PA educationjourney, from admissions through didactic and clinical education.  This person will serve as a problem-basedlearning facilitator in various blocks as assigned, and also as a studentadvisor.  The new faculty member willactively participate in the ongoing program self-assessment process and carryout other duties as negotiated with and assigned by the Program Director (e.g.Community Outreach Coordination and interprofessional education).
