Job description

Rosedale Green and Emerald Trace Senior Living communities are seeking two full-time Community Engagement & Events Assistants - one position at each community.

If you enjoy planning events, leading group activities, and building meaningful relationships, this role offers the opportunity to make a daily impact in the lives of seniors.

Applicants may indicate their preferred location during the interview process. Each position is assigned to a specific community and does not rotate between buildings.


What You'll Do
  • Help plan and lead group activities and themed events

  • Engage residents one-on-one

  • Support holiday celebrations and special programs

  • Assist with activity setup and event preparation

  • Encourage participation and create an inclusive atmosphere

  • Document participation as required

This is an active role that requires frequent interaction, time on your feet, and occasional evening or weekend programming.
