Job Description
The Campus Ministry assistant position exist to provide intentional investment in ministry to athletics and assist University minister in the planning and execution of campus ministry spiritual formation activities, programs, and groups. Office hours, meeting attendance and oversight of various areas is expected.
Job is intended to provide opportunity for further growth and discipleship of students while serving summer ministries and churches.
Responsibilities:
  • to assist and lead ministry programs in local and regional churches.
  • To assist with ministry programs at local/regional camps.
  • Leading small groups, Bible studies, other various recreational activities
  • Working with children and youth
  • may include organizing and leading youth retreats, Bible studies, summer camps, outreach programs, and community service projects.
  • may also provide pastoral care and support to members of the congregation or community.
  • Willingness to share their personal beliefs and practices that align with Campbellsville University
  • collaborate with fellow CU Crew Summer staff effectively with others is important.

Qualifications:
  • must be demonstrated student leader on campus
  • must be willing to work in indoor/ outdoor environments
