What You'll Do as a Community Partnerships Manager:Partnership Development & Growth
  • Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities with healthcare organizations, hotels, educational institutions, corporations, community groups, and local businesses.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, community leaders, and industry stakeholders.
  • Generate and manage business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and consultations to showcase zTrip's transportation solutions and services.
  • Support initiatives that drive market growth, increase ridership, and expand brand recognition throughout the region.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for prospective and existing community and business partners.
  • Build trust and credibility through exceptional service, communication, and responsiveness.
  • Understand partner needs and recommend customized transportation solutions.

  • Maintain strong partner satisfaction and retention through active relationship management.
