Position Summary: The Community Outreach/Sales Representative is responsible for cultivating, maintaining, and building relationships with community partners to drive new member acquisition and contribute towards center growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for participating and coordinating marketing events, following up with members, and partnering with prospects to convert leads into new patients
  • Effective communication, planning and organization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate with others
  • Able to work under general direction and independently
  • Manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a stressful environment
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening
  • Knowledge of the services offered at the medical centers
  • Meet monthly goals
  • Perform other duties as needed by Director or Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Medical Clinic experience, preferred
  • High school minimum
  • Excellent telephone etiquette, emphatic, and dynamic.
  • Bilingual
