Job description

Membership Sales & Community Growth Specialist (Part-Time)

StretchLab is seeking a confident, results-driven sales professional to help increase membership sales and drive new lead generation through proactive community outreach.
This is a hybrid role combining membership closing with corporate and local partnership development. We are looking for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment, is comfortable discussing pricing, and takes initiative in building their own pipeline.
Our in-studio close rate is strong when qualified prospects show up. Your role is to increase qualified traffic and confidently convert them.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Membership Sales
• Lead pricing conversations following Intro Classes
 • Overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale
 • Achieve a minimum of 8+ personal sales per month
 • Follow up consistently with hot and warm prospects
Lead Generation & Community Outreach
• Conduct 2–3 local outreach efforts per week
 • Secure corporate partnerships and host monthly events
 • Generate self-sourced leads through networking and referrals
 • Increase intro bookings and improve show rate
This role requires initiative. We are not looking for someone who waits for inbound leads.
Qualifications
• 1+ year of proven sales experience required
 • History of meeting or exceeding sales targets
 • Comfortable discussing pricing and handling objections
 • Confident, organized, and self-motivated
 • Experience with outreach, networking, or business development preferred
 • Passion for wellness and community engagement
This is not an entry-level hospitality role. It is a performance-driven sales position.
 Compensation
• $16/hour base
 • Commission on all personal sales (higher rate on memberships)
 • Bonuses for corporate partnerships and event activation
 • Additional performance bonus when the studio hits monthly goals
 • Strong earning potential for high performers
Part-time schedule (10–15 hours/week to start), including 2 selling shifts per week. High performers can significantly increase earnings through commission and expanded hours.
