The role is set within a Hospice Center framework, where we prioritize emotional support and mental well-being alongside physical health, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.

• Directly work as a clinician with clients, both in-office if applicable and remotely, addressing their mental health needs through assessment and therapy.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families, facilitating open communication and comprehensive support.
• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings to assess client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Create and implement integrated care plans, collaborating with healthcare providers, family members, and community support services.
• Provide a range of services, including individual, group, and family therapy, crisis intervention, and targeted treatments focused on the presenting problems.
• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring timely completion of reports and adherence to treatment protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and committees aimed at enhancing service delivery models and quality improvement initiatives.

Your primary focus will be on clients facing significant mental health challenges, especially those from under-served backgrounds. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability to effectively engage with clients representing a variety of cultural, social, and economic diversity. The position emphasizes a strong commitment to reducing health disparities and improving equitable access to mental health resources.

• A Master's degree in Social Work is required, along with current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• Significant expertise in mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with a plan-oriented approach to managing workload and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in case documentation and reporting, following ethical guidelines and compliance with organizational policies.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health or hospice setting is highly desired.
• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with cultural sensitivities in mental health care.
• Background in crisis management and intervention strategies, ensuring prompt and effective assistance to clients in need.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
