As the Community Outreach Director for a multi-store market, you will be the strategic force behind all marketing and community engagement efforts. In this role, you’ll lead the outreach vision, manage local outreach teams, and align every initiative with the business goals of each store. You’ll own the market’s marketing strategy and budget, measure the success of campaigns and events, and help elevate Fleet Feet as a trusted resource for running, fitness, and wellness in the community.

Working closely with Operating Partners, Store Leadership, and the Fleet Feet Store Support Team, you’ll ensure that community relationships, local events, and in-store experiences reflect Fleet Feet’s brand, mission, and growth objectives.
