WHAT YOU’LL DO

The quick overview

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of marketing within the Michigan division, including print marketing, community signage, and the Lombardo Homes website. The Marketing Coordinator will work in a team with an additional Marketing Coordinator and answer directly to the Area Marketing Manager and/or VP of Marketing.

The nitty-gritty stuff

• Manage marketing requests and update and distribute community and corporate marketing materials.

• Maintain the company website, including price updates, new community openings, and other listings, as needed.

• Design and update marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, price sheets, email marketing, etc.

• Routinely visit Lombardo Homes communities to ensure positive community and display presentation and take pictures/videos of community/specs/amenities to use in various marketing initiatives.

• Plan and execute realtor and grand opening events, including vendor arrangements, food orders, promotional materials, and related email, text, and social media campaigns.

• Order new signage for new communities, build-on-your-lot homes, etc., and monitor existing signage to make sure information is accurate and signs are in good condition.

• Additional writing and design projects, as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED

• College degree, with a preferred focus in marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, graphic design, or related area of study.

• Strong writing, grammar, and proofreading skills.

• An eagle-eye attention to detail.

• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Photography experience is a plus.
