Job description

The Tree and Landscape Company

Job Title: Installation Foreman – Frontline Wildfire Defense Installs in Jackson Hole
About Frontline Wildfire Defense
Frontline protects homes, families, and communities from wildfire through the Frontline Wildfire Defense System. The Frontline system is a software-connected exterior sprinkler system that detects and tracks wildfire activity and activates automatically to provide remote, firefighter-level protection.
With multiple levels of redundancy, the system hydrates materials on and around a structure to prevent ignition from flying embers — the leading cause of structure loss during wildfire. Originally founded in Jackson Hole, Frontline is expanding operations back into the region to serve the local community and surrounding markets.

About This Opportunity
TLC is launching a dedicated division to install Frontline Defense Systems in Jackson Hole and the surrounding communities, and is seeking a skilled and motivated Installation Foreman to lead field execution of Frontline systems.
This role will coordinate directly with the Frontline Wildfire Defense Project Management Team and is responsible for overseeing installations from start to finish, managing field crews, coordinating multiple projects at once, and ensuring each system is installed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate is friendly, highly organized, mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and confident managing both people and projects in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact in Jackson Hole for the Frontline Wildfire Defense Project Management Team
  • Lead and oversee installation of Frontline Wildfire Defense Systems
  • Manage and supervise field crews to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to timelines
  • Coordinate daily job site operations across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, general contractors, architects, and internal teams
  • Review and interpret construction drawings and system designs
  • Coordinate material handling, staging, and inventory management
  • Ensure installations align with approved designs and specifications
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
  • Troubleshoot plumbing, irrigation, and construction-related challenges in the field
  • Prioritize and enforce safety standards, including ladder work and elevated installations
  • Provide installation updates and documentation as required
Experience & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in plumbing, irrigation, fire sprinkler systems, or related construction trades
  • Proven experience leading or supervising field crews
  • Working knowledge of plumbing systems, irrigation systems, and general construction practices
  • Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects
  • Clear, professional communication skills with both co-workers and customers
  • Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
  • Strong commitment to job site safety and safe work practices
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed and complete training (including initial training in California if required)
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jackson Hole
Compensation
  • Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications
  • Full-time position
