We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining a positive living environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
  • Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the benefits of living in our community.
  • Support and train staff and encourage staff growth.
  • Handle leasing inquiries, process applications, and assist with lease signings.
  • Coordinate moveins and moveouts, ensuring a smooth transition for residents.
  • Collect rent payments and maintain accurate resident records.
  • Address resident concerns and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Enforce community policies and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Oversee maintenance requests and coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents.
  • Conduct market surveys to stay informed about local rental market trends.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
