Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents by helping individuals and families find a place they are proud to call home. You'll guide prospects through the leasing process, conduct community tours, prepare leasing documents, assist with move-ins and move-outs, and create positive resident experiences through clear communication, community engagement, and outstanding service.

Help Build a Thriving Community

Partner with the Community Manager to support the successful lease-up and ongoing operations of the community. You'll assist in achieving occupancy goals, maximizing revenue, managing rent collection, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with affordable housing requirements while helping create a welcoming and vibrant community for residents.

Be Part of the Team Behind the Scenes

Work closely with the Service Team to ensure maintenance requests are handled efficiently and that the community remains clean, safe, and well-maintained. Together, you'll help create a community residents are proud to call home from day one.

More Than an Assistant Manager Role

This is more than an Assistant Community Manager position. What You'll Bring to the Team

We're looking for a motivated housing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about helping build a successful community from the ground up!

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry
  • Affordable Housing (LIHTC) experience required
  • Lease-Up experience required
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a company vehicle and/or golf cart
  • Experience with property management software such as RealPage, OneSite, or Yardi, or the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and current technology platforms
  • Ability to understand and analyze financial reports, including Profit & Loss Statements and General Ledgers
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
