What is F.A.D.E.?


F.A.D.E. or Facilitating Alternative Day Environments and C.I.T.P. or Community Integration Training Program are our two community based day services where we assist adults with developmental disabilities to participate in the community and increase their accessibility to the workforce.


Employment Information
  • Locations: Oxnard, Ventura, Conejo Valley, and surrounding areas

  • Part-Time: $20 / hour

  • $500 Sign On Bonus!

  • Mileage reimbursement

  • $10/month cell phone stipend

  • Flexible shifts 15-35 hours per week (part-time)

  • Support participants in volunteering & attending events, and exploring their community

  • Encourage and model independent living skills

  • Assist participants meet their goal through person-centered planning

  • Encourage participants to be physically active and engage in meaningful fun activities

  • Be a dependable positive impact in their day-to-day life


Who Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Someone who is compassionate with a people-oriented mindset

  • A valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation (required)

  • Responsible, and can assist in goal progress tracking

  • CPR / First Aid certification (Training will be provided if youโ€™re not certified or need to be recertified)
