This full-time role is remote, allowing for flexibility as you integrate into our vibrant clinical team from the comfort of your own space. You will be engaged with patients through virtual consultations, facilitating counseling sessions in a secure and user-friendly online platform. While the work involves telehealth, you will have access to state-of-the-art electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient care efficiently while maintaining compliance with client confidentiality and data protection laws.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and screenings to understand the mental health needs of clients, tailoring appropriate treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.
• Provide focused, short-term individual counseling sessions and crisis interventions to clients facing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges.
• Facilitate online therapy groups and workshops that promote mental health awareness and personal development, covering critical topics such as stress management, coping strategies, and resilience building.
• Collaborate with other professionals including medical staff, community service providers, and support networks to ensure an integrated approach to mental health care.
• Engage in proactive outreach and prevention initiatives, including creating awareness campaigns and wellness events that inspire community involvement and education.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential records in line with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that documentation is up-to-date and accurately reflects treatment progress.

You will primarily work with a diverse group of adult clients who may experience a range of emotional and psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. The clients reflect a broad spectrum of backgrounds, requiring cultural competence and sensitivity in your approach. Your contributions will directly impact their ability to achieve stability and growth in their lives.

• Current and active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, including LMFT, LCPC, Clinical Psychologist, or LCSW.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of the complex mental health issues affecting various populations, particularly within community settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices and familiarity with brief therapy models applicable in a community health context.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing a diverse caseload while delivering high-quality care.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, with a focus on community health or related settings.
• Experience using digital health platforms for client engagement and management.
• Knowledge of local mental health resources and community outreach practices to better serve clients.
