What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage a crawl space encapsulation and construction crew.
  • Install CleanSpace encapsulation and vapor barrier systems.
  • Install drainage systems, sump pumps, and dehumidifiers.
  • Complete waterproofing and foundation repair projects.
  • Communicate with homeowners throughout each project.
  • Train and mentor crew members.
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
  • Ensure every project meets DryZone's quality and safety standards.

Experience Preferred
  • Crawl space encapsulation.
  • Waterproofing or foundation repair.
  • Construction or remodeling.
  • Crew leadership or foreman experience.
  • Carpentry or general contracting.
  • Residential installation experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
