Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Teller (Full-Time, Onsite) 
  • Location: Boscobel, WI
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., occasional weekends

What You'll Do/Day to Day
  • Greet customers warmly and provide an outstanding in-branch service experience
  • Process routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while balancing cash drawers daily
  • Assist customers with account inquiries and help resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Educate customers on bank products, services and digital banking tools
