Job description

Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, digging into details, and helping others succeed? At Premier Community Bank, we're looking for a Deposit Operations Specialist to join our team. If you've worked in banking, financial services, tech support, or another role where accuracy, service, and technology come together, we'd love to hear from you!

In this role, you'll support our back-office banking operations by managing key functions that keep our systems running smoothly. Whether you're processing ACH files or helping a customer navigate online banking, you'll play an essential part in delivering the reliable service our customers count on.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report processing, including email notifications, item reviews, and account deposits with accuracy and detail
  • Respond to various channels of customer requests
  • Assist customers with online banking needs
  • Debit card maintenance
  • Review and validate new account openings and documentation
  • Support fraud prevention through account monitoring tasks
  • Participate in testing, upgrades, and rollout of deposit system changes
  • Collaborate with IT, Retail, and Compliance for seamless service delivery
  • Wire processing

Skills for Success:

  • Experience in financial services, banking, or another detail-oriented, tech-savvy role
  • Prior ACH or check processing experience is preferred, but not required
  • Comfort using online systems, mobile tools, and multiple computer programs at once
  • A service-first mindset and strong communication skills
  • Curiosity, accuracy, and a willingness to learn
