???? Onsite | Northwest Houston (Barker Cypress / 290 area)

Why This Role Stands Out

This is a high-visibility, single-community leadership role—not a portfolio.
You’ll have the ability to own operations, influence the board, and directly impact resident experience in a well-amenitized, active community.

What You’ll Own
  • Lead day-to-day HOA operations for a large-scale community
  • Partner with the Board of Directors on planning and execution
  • Oversee vendors, budgets, and community assets
  • Drive financial performance (budgets, variance reporting, forecasting)
  • Ensure compliance with governing documents and policies
  • Build strong relationships with residents and stakeholders
  • Lead and develop an on-site team
  • Support community engagement initiatives and events

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of HOA / Community Management OR
    transferable leadership experience in:
    • Property Management
    • Hospitality
    • Parks & Recreation
    • Municipal / City Operations
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
  • Experience working with boards, vendors, and residents
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
  • Clear, confident communication skills
  • Adaptability and ownership mindset

What You’ll Gain
  • Competitive compensation with growth potential
  • Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO)
  • Leadership visibility and career advancement path
  • Stable, well-supported operational structure
  • Opportunity to make a direct impact on a thriving community

Physical / Role Requirements
  • Ability to walk the property and inspect facilities
  • Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)
  • Use of computers and mobile systems
  • Valid driver’s license (if required for duties)

Why This Opportunity Matters

This role is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond managing chaos and into leading with structure, influence, and purpose—with the ability to truly shape a community experience.
