Right at Home West Palm Beach
Connecting Right at Home with the people, organizations, and communities that
help older adults and their families thrive.

It begins with trust.
It begins with relationships.
It begins with being an active, visible, and valued part of the communities we serve.
That’s where you come in.
Right at Home West Palm Beach is looking for a Community Engagement
Manager
who understands that today’s healthcare and senior care environment has
changed. Families find providers differently. Professional referral sources work
differently. And trust is built through meaningful relationships, community presence,
responsiveness, reputation, and service—not simply by making sales calls.
This role is about becoming a trusted resource in the community.
You’ll build relationships with the people and organizations who support older adults and
their families. You’ll represent Right at Home at community events, develop partnerships
with healthcare and senior service organizations, and create opportunities for Right at
Home to be a meaningful and recognizable presence throughout the community.
If you think community engagement is measured by the number of brochures you
distribute or offices you visit each week, this probably isn’t the position for you.
If you enjoy connecting people, building partnerships, creating opportunities, showing
up in the community, and helping organizations become indispensable to the people
they serve, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities will include:
Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living
communities, assisted living communities, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled
nursing facilities, physicians’ offices, elder law attorneys, care managers, social
workers, community organizations, and other professionals who serve older
adults and their families.
Develop strategic community partnerships that increase awareness of Right
at Home and create meaningful opportunities to support families in our
community.
Represent Right at Home at community events, networking opportunities,
educational programs, senior expos, professional meetings, and other local
activities.
Create and participate in educational and informational programs that
provide value to older adults, family caregivers, professionals, and community
organizations.
Be a visible ambassador for Right at Home, helping establish the company as
a trusted resource for home care and aging-related needs.
Identify opportunities to connect Right at Home with organizations and
individuals
who can benefit from our services or who serve families who may
need support.
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral partners and
community contacts.
Develop a strong understanding of the senior care ecosystem in Palm
Beach County and the resources available to older adults and their families.
Collaborate with the leadership and care teams to ensure community
relationships translate into an exceptional experience for clients and families.
Help identify community needs and opportunities where Right at Home can
provide education, resources, support, or meaningful partnership.
Track outreach, relationships, events, and opportunities while maintaining
organized records and consistent follow-through.
Support the growth and reputation of Right at Home West Palm
Beach
through professionalism, responsiveness, community involvement, and
exceptional relationship management.
Help tell the Right at Home story—who we are, what we believe, how we care
for people, and why families can trust us.
Who You Are
You’re someone who naturally builds relationships and enjoys connecting people.
You’re comfortable walking into a room where you don’t know anyone and starting a
conversation.
You’re curious, outgoing, organized, proactive, and energized by creating opportunities
that benefit everyone involved.
You communicate exceptionally well, follow through on commitments, and aren’t afraid
to take initiative.
You understand that today’s community engagement is about trust, responsiveness,
reputation, partnerships, education, and service—not high-pressure sales.

You’re comfortable representing an organization in the community and understand
that every interaction is an opportunity to build trust.
You’re also someone who genuinely enjoys helping people. You understand that behind
every referral, introduction, or community connection is a person or family who may be
navigating one of the most important transitions of their lives.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in healthcare, senior services, nonprofit leadership, business
development, community engagement, public relations, relationship
management, sales, or another people-focused field
 is highly valued.
Experience working with older adults, families, healthcare professionals, senior living
communities, or other organizations serving the aging population is a plus.
Home care experience is helpful, but not required.
We’ll teach you our business.
We’re looking for someone who already knows how to build trust, strengthen
relationships, represent an organization with professionalism, create meaningful
connections, and make things happen.
Why Right at Home?
At Right at Home West Palm Beach, we believe great home care is about more than
providing a caregiver.
It’s about helping older adults live with dignity, independence, and confidence while
giving families the support and peace of mind they need.
Our Community Engagement Manager plays an important role in making those
connections happen.
You’ll help families discover resources.
You’ll help professionals find solutions for the people they serve.
You’ll help organizations collaborate.
You’ll help Right at Home become a trusted and valued part of the community.
And ultimately, you’ll help more people receive the support they need to live well and
age well at home.
If you believe relationships are more valuable than transactions, community
presence matters, and making a difference starts with showing up—this may be
the opportunity you’ve been looking for.
We’d love to meet you.
