DESCRIPTION
Marketing & Community Engagement Coordinator (Part-Time to Full-Time)
Location: Kennesaw, Marietta & Atlanta, GA Area
Position Type: Part-Time with Opportunity to Grow into Full-Time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic, creative, and outgoing Marketing & Community Engagement Coordinator to help grow our Dunkin' locations throughout the Kennesaw, Marietta, and Atlanta areas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys thinking outside the box, building relationships within the community, and creating marketing initiatives that drive guest engagement and increase store traffic.
The right candidate will represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism while helping develop innovative marketing strategies that extend beyond social media. This position begins as part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities
  • Create and publish a minimum of three social media posts per week featuring business updates, promotions, community involvement, and store highlights.
  • Develop creative marketing campaigns that increase sales and foot traffic while maintaining Dunkin' brand standards.
  • Visit store locations regularly to identify opportunities to improve guest engagement and local marketing efforts.
  • Build relationships with local schools, businesses, organizations, and community groups to increase brand awareness and participation in community events.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute grand openings, store celebrations, promotional events, and company parties.
  • Assist with event setup, scheduling, logistics, and execution.
  • Generate innovative marketing ideas that go beyond digital advertising and can be implemented in-store and throughout the community.
  • Represent the company professionally with a positive, energetic, and welcoming attitude at all times.
  • Collaborate with management and store teams to support marketing initiatives and special promotions.
  • Learn and utilize company marketing systems and tools.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of all major social media platforms and current marketing trends.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh marketing ideas.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent hospitality and customer service skills.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between store locations.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check.

Preferred:
  • Experience in the food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
  • Experience planning community events or promotional campaigns.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for event setup and promotional materials.
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors during community events.
  • Comfortable traveling between multiple store locations.

Schedule
  • Monday through Friday.
  • Flexible hours based on business needs.
  • Some weekends required for pre-planned events and grand openings with advance notice.

Compensation & Growth
  • Starting pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Performance review after the first 60 days, with the opportunity for a wage increase based on performance.
  • Part-time position with potential advancement into a full-time marketing role.
