Job Type: Part-time |Grave shifts available; Mondays and Tuesdays 10:45PM-7:15AM; Schedule varies based on property needs

Position Summary
The Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely and courteously transporting team members and guests between the property and designated locations. This role ensures timely, efficient transportation while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor. Shuttle Drivers also support vehicle cleanliness, safety standards, and guest service, and may assist with basic security functions when cross-trained.
Key Responsibilities
  • Uphold and represent the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming
  • Adhere to all casino, departmental, and safety policies and procedures
  • Safely transport team members and guests along designated routes in a timely manner
  • Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and handling personal items as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of shuttle vehicle interiors and exteriors
  • Ensure proper vehicle security and key control at all times
  • Report vehicle maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or damages promptly
  • Follow established protocols for vehicle accidents, breakdowns, or emergencies
  • Communicate professionally via radio or phone, reporting emergencies or suspicious activity to Security Leadership
  • Refuel vehicles as required and comply with fueling procedures
  • Attend required meetings and training sessions
  • Perform ID checks at main entrances when cross-trained and assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
  • Ability to meet insurance carrier motor vehicle record requirements
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation

Preferred:
  • Two (2) years of commercial driving experience
  • Guest service or hospitality experience
  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Exposure to weather conditions, temperature extremes, darkness, and loud noise
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and vehicle entry/exit
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Manual dexterity and coordination required to operate vehicles and assist passengers
  • Exposure to secondhand smoke and other standard gaming environment conditions
Schedule - Day, Swing, Grave Shifts Available
Team members must be able to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the operational needs of the property.
