Emplify Health is hiring a Community Link Specialist to help engage and bring in top talent. This role serves as a valuable resource for candidates and their families; offering personalized tours, local insights, and ongoing support to help them build connections and feel at home in the community. This is a great opportunity for a professional who wants to stay involved with the community without working a full-time schedule.

What you will do:

  • Serve as the main contact for candidates and new hires considering relocation, providing personalized tours, community resources, and relocation support

  • Build and maintain relationships with local partners in housing, education, childcare, recreation, civic groups, nonprofits, and other community organizations

  • Track acceptance and retention data to guide program improvements

What you will get:

  • Starting wage of $25.95/hour + more for relatable experience

  • Work 16 hours per pay period with a flexible schedule
