ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2007 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent, I worked for another State Farm agent and also gained experience with another insurance company. Those experiences helped shape my customer-focused and education-first approach to serving clients.
I graduated from Muskingum University in 2004 and also hold two designations through The American College of Financial Services. I’m married with two children and value building both a strong business and a strong family life. I stay heavily involved in the community as a Boys & Girls Club board member, Orrville Rotary Club member, and President of the Orrville Community Development Corporation. Giving back and helping the local community grow is something I care deeply about.
Our agency offers a Simple IRA, health benefits, licensing reimbursement, an Aspirant program, professional development opportunities, and even the possibility of a four-day work week when goals and requirements are met. We believe in rewarding performance while helping team members continue growing in their careers.
Our culture is built around integrity, growth, and doing what’s right for the customer. I’m looking for someone who is tenacious, driven, ethical, and customer-focused—someone who takes pride in educating customers and helping them make the best decisions for their needs, regardless of the outcome. If you’re motivated to grow, value professionalism, and want to be part of a team that genuinely puts customers first, this could be a great fit for you.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Justin Haislip - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
  • Bilingual Spanish required.
