Location:Goodwill North Central Texas --- 4005 Campus Drive, Fort Worth, Texas
Salary: Based on Experience
Work Hours:Full Time, Exempt. Typical schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 am start time

General Job Duties: Program Oversight & Compliance: Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of assigned programs (e.g., Virtual Training, Opportunity Accelerator, Goodwill Works), ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement systems that support program effectiveness, including internal audits, student engagement plans, file documentation, financial records, and state/national reporting. Maintain active program advisory committees, ensuring they meet quarterly to review instruction, curriculum, and equipment. Consistently meet all goals and performance metrics as your SMART goals plan outlines. Attend all WFD training and meetings as required and assigned. Complete HR LMS training as assigned and within given timeframes.
Staff Supervision & Development: Supervise, coach, and support staff performance through clear expectations, bi-weekly SMART goal check-ins, and documented performance reviews. Monitor staff weekly enrollment and placement goals to ensure monthly goals are achieved. Address performance concerns promptly, submit training documentation or performance issues to leadership as needed. Provide flexible leadership coverage during staff absences and support staff training through site visits and resource evaluation.
Performance Management & Reporting: Monitor and report on enrollment, student outcomes (graduation, exam pass rates, job placement, retention), and grant deliverables. Complete and submit timely reports, including weekly & monthly performance metrics, billing, placement data, and success stories. Continuously evaluate program needs and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency and participant outcomes.
Community Engagement & Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with community agencies, employers, and media partners to enhance program visibility, referrals, and employer partnerships. Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of available resources to ensure they support meaningful outcomes and are utilized efficiently Participate in community networking events, job fairs, ribbon cuttings, and outreach activities. Support staff in planning and executing outreach site visits and public events.
Administrative & General Duties: Always maintain confidentiality of participant data and internal records. Attend required staff meetings, training sessions, and case management reviews. Complete all administrative duties accurately and within designated timelines. Participate in weekly, quarterly Workforce Development staff meetings and conduct staff meetings with the WFD team weekly or as often as needed. Perform additional duties assigned to support the success of the department and organization.
Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field required. Master's degree or in process, a plus. Prior supervisory experience in the workforce development industry highly preferred. Experience working with people with disabilities or who are disadvantaged. Experience in job development, recruitment, financial aid and job placement services for individuals facing multiple employment barriers. Self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with other team members. Proficient in standard computer operation systems (Microsoft Office) and relevant software to perform the requirements of the position. Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to work at a fast pace to achieve outcomes. May be in an office environment while also spending time outside the office working with clients and attending outside community functions/meetings related to the job responsibilities. Must be able to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc. and required to have own transportation to off-site facilities and communication capabilities, via cell phone and/or Smartphone technology.
