Schedule: Full-Time, M-F, 8a-5p

We are seeking a goal-driven, high-energy sales professional for our market covering the areas of ALEXANDRIA, ANNANDALE, ARLINGTON, SPRINGFIELD, WOODBRIDGE, LORTON, FALLS CHURCH and MCLEAN!

The Business Development Manager must be self-directed, motivated, and believe in the value of working as a team within a market and region. Healthcare sales experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Business Development is essential to our company's plan for continued growth and building strong relationships with referral sources. This position is responsible for educating physicians and patients about our physical therapy and specialty services, and ultimately generating referrals to increase overall patient volume.

We are a nationally prominent, locally driven provider of outpatient physical rehabilitation with over 1900 locations in 39 states, including the District of Columbia. Throughout the country we operate primarily as Select Physical Therapy, NovaCare Rehabilitation, Kessler Rehabilitation Center, KORT, Saco Bay Physical Therapy, SSM Physical Therapy and Physio. Our highly respected clinical team provides preventative and rehabilitative services that maximize functionality and promote well-being. We develop individualized treatment plans to help achieve each patient's specific goals. Our integrated local market network allows us to effectively partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes in a cost-effective manner. We also provide physical therapy and athletic training services to professional sports teams, colleges, universities and high schools

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.S. /B.A. in business administration, marketing or related field, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Excellent communications and organizational skills a MUST.
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and Internet functions and applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 Years of Sales Experience or Business Development Experience 
  • Prior Health Care Sales experience
