We are seeking an experienced, driven Regional Business Development Manager to support growth, strengthen referral partnerships, and elevate Regalcare’s presence throughout the region.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and referral sources

  • Drive admissions and census growth across assigned Regalcare facilities

  • Represent Regalcare professionally in the community and at networking events

  • Collaborate closely with Admissions, Clinical, and Executive teams

  • Track market trends, referral data, and performance metrics
