Position Overview


Moe’s Southwest Grill - Quality Fresca is seeking a Sales Development Intern to help grow catering sales and build community partnerships across our restaurant locations.

The intern will conduct outreach to local businesses, schools, nonprofits, sports teams, and community organizations to generate catering opportunities, spirit nights, fundraisers, and other partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach to grow Moes' community presence.
  • Complete CRM Access to advance leads in the Catering Pipeline.
  • Secure spirit nights, fundraisers, and other strategic community partnerships.
  • Track outreach activity, leads, and results.
  • Provide weekly updates to the Catering & Marketing Specialist.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Majoring in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • Previous sales, customer service, or community involvement experience is a plus.
