Lifestyle Communities' (LC) Construction team operates at the forefront of the company's commitment to create participation-driven communities. Consisting of land development, pre-construction and vertical construction, this team procures materials, sources trades and manages all aspects of a successful and high-functioning job site. You'll join a talented team responsible for both urban and suburban product types, and quality offerings that include commercial, social and residential spaces.


In support of the company's vision for growth, the Construction team at LC is seeking an experienced team member to join us in building and developing communities that serve as a catalyst for connection. In this role, you'll focus on the analysis of contract amendments against original contract and project budget.


Make an impact through these primary responsibilities:

  • Works with Construction Manager to gain an understanding of multifamily land development and multifamily vertical constructions.

  • Works with Construction Manager to gain exposure to financial reporting and analysis. Works with Construction Manager team to gain exposure to the construction to property management

  • transition.

  • Conducts an analysis of the contract amendments and their impact to financial performance versus

  • project budget.

  • Completes ad hoc projects as assigned.

  • Leverage the following experience in pursuit of our collective goals:

  • Currently or actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Systems Management.

  • Previous construction internship experience and exposure to project management software is

  • preferred, but not required.

  • Work requires strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making

  • skills.

  • Work requires ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
