As a leader of our land development team you will manage, motivate and develop a team of land development professionals including assignment of work and geographic territories, prioritizing work and reviewing work product.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree with a background in civil engineering, planning or construction management preferred. At least 5 years of land development experience in progressively responsible positions; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Must be fluid in the Request For Proposals (RFP's) process to vendor/professional pool, negotiate, award and execute contracts. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
