We are seeking a Business Development Attorney to play a key role in business development, community presence, and strategic growth. This position is centered on establishing and expanding our footprint in the Lincoln market by building meaningful relationships and generating new opportunities.

You will work closely with firm leadership while having the autonomy to execute ideas, pursue partnerships, and create visibility within the community.

  • Build and maintain strong referral networks with professionals, organizations, and community partners.

  • Represent the firm at networking events, community engagements, and industry functions.

  • Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities in the Lincoln market.

  • Develop and execute creative outreach and business development initiatives.

  • Conduct client consultations and convert opportunities into retained matters.

  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
