Apprenticeship Coordinator
Job Duties
Butler Community College is seeking an Apprenticeship Coordinator to join our team!
Reporting to the Director of Workforce Education, the Apprenticeship Coordinator serves as the college's primary point of contact for apprenticeship development, implementation, and expansion. The Apprenticeship Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and expanding apprenticeship opportunities for Butler Community College students, regional employers, and workforce partners in collaboration with Workforce Education, Academic Affairs, academic programs, non-credit programs, regional workforce agencies, and the Kansas Office of Registered Apprenticeships. While housed within Workforce Education, this position serves as a college-wide resource supporting apprenticeship opportunities across both credit and non-credit programs.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with a commitment to supporting student success and advancing workforce development opportunities.
