• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, strengths, and areas for growth.
• Provide tailored therapy for individuals, families, and groups using a variety of evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that include clear goals, targeted interventions, and methods for monitoring progress over time.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and nursing staff, to create and implement holistic care plans.
• Offer crisis intervention services to clients in distress, employing risk assessments and safety planning when necessary.
• Advocate for clients' rights and ensure they have access to essential community resources, providing robust case management support.
• Engage in community outreach activities to promote mental health awareness and reduce barriers to care.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Experience working within a community mental health setting or similar environment.
• Knowledge of mental health laws and ethics, along with regulatory standards related to social work practice.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain client documentation and manage caseload effectively.
