What does a community association manager do?

A Community Association Manager (CAM) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential communities, such as condominiums, homeowners associations, or cooperatives. Their duties include managing budgets, coordinating maintenance and repairs, enforcing community rules, and acting as a liaison between homeowners, board members, and service providers.
