Clubhouse Operations Technician - Regency at Summerlin (Las Vegas, NV)

Schedule: Part-Time, 30 hours or less a week, Saturday Wednesday, Evenings and/or Holidays needed.

In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the impeccable standards of our high-end facility by ensuring all amenities, common areas, and event spaces remain spotless, fully functional, and welcoming for our discerning members and guests.

The ideal candidate is flexible, proactive, and always willing to assist with the varying needs of the clubhouse to deliver exceptional service and maintain the luxury environment our members expect. This position suits someone with a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset who takes pride in creating and sustaining an atmosphere of comfort and excellence.

What youll accomplish:

Maintaining cleanliness and appearance of the communitys exterior and interior common areas.

Hosing walkways, pool deck areas, sweeping pickleball and tennis courts

Assisting the Management team with small projects to support the clubhouse facility

Collaboration with the Lifestyle Coordinator to set up rooms and support weekly events

Performing a wide array of duties and other miscellaneous tasks as directed

Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task

Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HOA community rules and protocols
